Thank you for shopping at Amethyst Atelier™. Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated January 2022. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following condition. The following definitions shall have the dame meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Amethyst Atelier™.
  • Product” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Product from Us.
  • Service” refers to the Website.
  • Website” refers to Amethyst Atelier™, accessible from www.amethystatelier.com.
  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns 

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • Product(s) must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Include copy of your sales receipt or packing list with your return.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours past delivery date. Please refer below to "Instructions for Returns" for more details. 
  • The following Products cannot be returned:
    • Product(s) made to Your specifications or personalization. 
    • Product(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
    • Product(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion. 

Instructions for Returns

  • You must inform us within 48 hours past delivery date. Please send an email to: support@amethystatelier.com for review and approval.
  • Once request is approved (We will send You an email), You may return the Product(s). Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours past approval date.   
  • Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to Us.
  • Simply meet the above conditions and return the product to the address below:

We cannot be held responsible for Product(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and/or trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Damaged Product(s)

  • If there is an issue with Your order (missing or wrong item, damage package, etc.), you must inform us within 48 hours past delivery date. A photo image of the damaged product in question will be required. Please send an email to: support@amethystatelier.com for review and approval.
  • Once request is approved (We will send You an email), You may return the Product(s). You can return this product for Us to send You a new one or store credit. Replacement(s) must be the same as the original product, we do not take exchanges at this time. 
  • Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours past approval date.  
  • Product(s) must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Include copy of your sales receipt or packing list with your return.
  • Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
